SHIPPING POLICY:

MrPipers thanks you for shopping with us.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!  You read that right. FREE Shipping. 

We ship with multiple carriers and include tracking info with each order.  

Check your inbox or spam folder for an email from support@mrpipersmart.com to stay up to date on the status of your order.

By completing a purchase with MrPipersMart you are cool with our processing time, shipping & delivery terms.

  

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:

We ship and process orders seven days a week, when possible. It's our goal to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Often we ship the item within hours of it being placed. Yes, we can be that fast.

Please allow 1-3 business days (Not Sunday) to process your order. After your order is processed, it will be processed and shipped. We use multiple suppliers throughout the country, so we can't know exactly where it will be shipped from.

Keep in mind that during holidays there may be a slower turn around for orders to be processed & shipped.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to circumstances within our control, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you provided when you placed your order. Courier delays are out of our control once orders have left our warehouse.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.

You may track your order using the tracking number MrPipersMart sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.

By completing a purchase with MrPipersMart you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. Oh, wait. We don't charge any shipping fees!

 

SHIPMENT LOST OR STOLEN:

If at any time you see that the tracking status reads as "delivered", but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors, members of your household, or your building manager to see if it was delivered or picked up by someone else.

The package may have been delivered to a secure location if you were not available at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, send us a note at Support@MrPipersMart.com and we'll be happy to help. 

NOTE: Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address at checkout – include your street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code. 

  

SHIPMENT DAMAGED:

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at Support@MrPipersMart.com and we will be happy to assist. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.  You can also checkout our return policy for more details. 

  

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.  The tracking number is typically active within 24 hours.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES, APO OR FPO ADDRESSES:

MrPipersMart ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

  

I RECENTLY MOVED OR USED THE WRONG ADDRESS:

If you need to update your shipping address, log into your account to update your shipping address or email Support@MrPipersMart.com. Be sure to update your billing address too (if that’s changed). All future orders will go to your new address.  

NOTE: It is important that you notify us of any changes as quickly as possible since we are not able to reroute a shipment once it has been processed and shipped. Any address changes made after your order has been shipped, will apply to your next shipment.  

If you need to track down a package, please provide your tracking number to the shipment courier and ask that they reroute or hold your shipment for you for an order that was shipped to the wrong address.

To ensure that you receive your package by December 24th, please place your order by these dates before the 12 PM EST cut off:

UNITED STATES - (excluding Hawaii & Alaska)

Free Shipping - December 15th, before 12 PM EST
